1. Copyright and Ownership

The Contributor retains the copyright to the guest post but grants DataLeads.email a non-exclusive license to publish, edit, distribute, and promote the content across our website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other communication channels.

1.2. Exclusivity

By submitting the guest post, you confirm that the content is original, has not been published elsewhere, and will not be republished elsewhere in the future without prior written consent from DataLeads.email.

2. Content Submission

2.1. Content Quality

The Contributor agrees to submit content that is well-researched, accurate, and valuable to our audience. All content must align with the topics and standards outlined in our Guest Post Guidelines.

2.2. Right to Edit

DataLeads.email reserves the right to edit the guest post for clarity, grammar, SEO optimization, and formatting. Significant changes will only be made in consultation with the Contributor.

2.3. No Affiliate Links

Guest posts must not include affiliate links, promotional links, or any form of advertising unless explicitly approved by DataLeads.email.

3. Publication and Promotion

3.1. Publication Timing

After submission, your guest post will be reviewed and may be published at the discretion of DataLeads.email. We generally respond within 7–10 business days regarding approval or revision requests.

3.2. No Compensation

Guest posts are voluntary contributions. The Contributor understands that no monetary compensation will be provided.

3.3. Promotion Rights

DataLeads.email reserves the right to promote the guest post through social media channels, email newsletters, or other platforms as deemed appropriate by the editorial team.

4. Links and SEO

4.1. Link Policy

Any external links included in the guest post must comply with our linking policy:

• Links should point only to authoritative, high-quality websites.
• Affiliate links, spammy websites, or overly promotional links are not permitted.

4.2. SEO Guidelines

The Contributor must follow best practices for SEO, such as using natural, relevant keywords and maintaining proper formatting. Keyword stuffing and manipulative SEO tactics are prohibited.

5. Content Removal

5.1. Right to Remove

DataLeads.email reserves the right to remove published guest posts at any time, for reasons including (but not limited to):

• Content becoming outdated or inaccurate.
• The article no longer aligning with our editorial standards or business focus.

5.2. Notice of Removal

If your guest post is removed, you will be notified via email. However, the final decision regarding removal is non-negotiable.

6. Liability and Indemnity

6.1. Accuracy of Information

The Contributor guarantees that all information provided in the guest post is accurate and factual. DataLeads.email is not liable for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations contained in the content.

6.2. Indemnity

The Contributor agrees to indemnify and hold DataLeads.email, its staff, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:

• Breach of this agreement.
• Submission of inaccurate, plagiarized, or defamatory content.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information exchanged during the submission and review process. No such information will be shared with third parties without prior written consent.

8. Termination of Agreement

8.1. Breach of Terms

If the Contributor breaches any of the terms outlined in this agreement (e.g., submitting plagiarized or promotional content), DataLeads.email reserves the right to terminate this agreement and remove the guest post immediately.

8.2. Voluntary Withdrawal

The Contributor may withdraw their submission at any time before publication. Once the post is published, withdrawal requests will not be entertained.

9. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By submitting a guest post to DataLeads.email, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Guest Post Guidelines and this Guest Post Agreement, and you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein.
